    I phoned to book my car in to have the wheels aligned and was told to bring it in the following morning at 08:30. I turned up, and was told that I'd have to come back in the afternoon to have it done. I explained that I'd phoned the previous afternoon to book it in, but I got the same answer. A 32 Mile round trip to be told that. Shambles !!
